Our company was incorporated in the year 2003. Our primary dealings are in the sourcing, manufacturing, and supply of forestry products. We also deal in metal scrap, limestone, and other commodities through our associate offices.
Headquartered in Singapore, we are an international company and have branch offices in various parts of South East Asia, Africa, South America, and India.

Ajay Dhar has been the Director of Strategy & Planning at Pan Asia Intercontinental Pte Ltd since the formation of the group.
He has over 25 years of experience in the wood based industry. He has a Master's degree in commerce. His grit, determination, and impeccable prospection abilities make him stand out. He is a key decision-maker for all our endeavours and always steers us onwards and upwards.

Tanu Merh Dhar is our Director of Finance and Public Relations.
She has over 20 years of experience in International Trade and Finance.

A.K. Dhar has been the Chairman of Pan Asia Intercontinental Pte Ltd since its inception. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in the year 1961 and joined the timber industry. He then joined the Birla Group and by 1991 became the President and later the Chairman of the largest and the oldest plywood manufacturing company in India.
A.K Dhar was one of the key people from India who initiated the import of logs and veneers at nominal duty, which resulted into developing the sources in Malaysia, Myanmar, and Indonesia. With extensive experience of 5 decades in the industry, A.K. Dhar has earned a name for himself and is very well-known in the industry in India and South East Asian countries. Needless to say, his expertise and experience are unmatched. He embodies integrity and steers us in the right direction.

Yash Dhar joined the company as our Director of Operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from UCL.

Giving Back
We want to make the world a better place and believe in the joys of altruism. A.K Dhar, our Chairman, almost single-handedly built Kashmir Bhawan – a charitable community centre for the needy Kashmiri Pandits in Kolkata. It generates employment and is a source of income for the community.
